I was scammed, lied to, misled, deceived, and defrauded. I want to express my sincere frustration and dissatisfaction with Royal Holiday and how they lie to their potential members and their unethical business practices. Nothing that they tell you is true. Be careful and try to be well informed about how they work. I recommend you this site that might be helpful:

The best way to avoid these type of people is to be repulsive. My wife, and I go to Cancun/Cozumel every other year. This worked for me out in town, and while checking in at a hotel. If you want to stay in a nice place in Cozumel, check out the internet for condo rental in Cozumel. You will be pleasantly surprised. Good luck.
