Please be advised!!! -- Royal Isles is a complex seeking to turn over apartments it just about bricks and motor’s for the owner and for the management team that have been set in place to manage the complex. There is no respect towards the residents, because SMP Management's (current managers as of 4/11/2014) first and foremost priority is to rent.

SMP Management does not care about the residents. SMP Management is profiling and running the complex as a prison because that is they’re way of addressing the population served. SMP Management is profiling residents do to their personal circumstances for needing to live within the Royal Isles Community.

I have an education, I have worked to turn around a community such as this one, I have served in my community to turn around the way residents view their lives; respects gains respect and here at Royal Isles they are wrongfully treating residents due to the unfortunate situation that has led them to rent within the premesis.

Do you think, I would have chosen Royal Isles as my first choice of living? Or did I choose Royal Isles because I had no other alternatives?  --Why doesn’t SMP Management team, step back, and look within their soul and ask themselves one question: If I had the rug pulled from under me; meaning I was displaced do to a fire, my spouse was diagnosed with a terminal illness, I became disabled do to a physical ailment and now only have a few dollars that truly only allows me to pay a certain amount of rent.  The section 8 and housing list is so long, I can’t wait for living arrangements; however, an alternative is to rent at Royal Isles because it meet my budget at the current time.

I would ask SMP Management to step back and ask themselves: Today, I may be okay with a job that is paying my bills, but what will I do if all that were taken away in flash of an eyelash? Where would I go? If I moved in with a family member or friend, how long would I be welcome?  To the staff of SMP Management I have a suggestion: Step into my shoes prior to judging and profiling; step into my shoes prior to thinking YOU are superior!

Think about your choice of rental, SMP Management does not divulge the truth regarding what goes on within the premises and misleads you with the nice looking pool no one is able to use; and their management personality when you first walk in to request information regarding renting.  SMP Management could care less once you have rented. They offer a month for free but within 10 months they give you a notice that your rent will be going up more than 30%. They do not tell you that up front! Be careful wherever you rent and with whomever you choose to do business with; there are many conniving people in this world and “the love of money” is the root of all evil and for the owner as well as for SMP Management that is their priority: “MONEY-not-YOU”!
