Royal Merchandising ripoff, scam, ignore, rude, dishonest liars Long Branch New Jersey
I had ordered a few leather goods from this online company, Royal Merchandising, and was contacted by phone to confirm the order. I knew that they only accepted money orders, and received the address I was to mail it to.
3 months later, having not received my items yet, I phoned back. The same 'gentleman' informed me that they had accidently filled out the duty papers incorrectly, and the items were sent back to them. They had been trying to get a hold of me (bull-pucky) to verify that they had the right address.
I was told it would be in the mail the next day.
Six weeks later, I had received nothing, so the phone calls began.......over ten times I have called, and I keep getting an answering machine. I leave messages, but no one phones back.
It is now the end of March, 2003. This ordeal began over 9 months ago, and I still have yet to recieve my ordered items.
