Royal Merchandising ripoff promise merchandising & promise return check Long Branch New Jersey
I contracted Mel of Royal Merchandising the end of July. He return the call mid Aug & I explain was looking for Licensed NFL sweatshirts. He explain that they are $11 a piece & could buy in bulk of 11 per team. I purchase & sent post office money order on about first week end Aug of 2004. About the end of Aug I called he stated package was return because of his own misspelling of st & city.
Which I had spelled out for him. Plus he couldn't give me the tracking # becase it was in another building. He sent again & this time he said that UPS would not delivery item to home. I explain they mostly leave a card & I pick it. He try again & then 2 weeks later no package. I explain about the mid Sept that this was getting to the point of fraud. He said he would send back my payment cert mail. So far no check & said that the cert letter # only work when you received it. I am now in the process of doing a 3rd party pick from Fed-x
