 I have purchased Rustoleum deck restore 10X and within less than one month of being on my deck it is already peeling and cracking. This has a 10 year warranty that is given by the Rustoleum company but to my surprise they were absolutely unwilling to help me or take responsibility for the flaw in their product. When explaining what is going on to the customer support representative, I was literally laughed at and then the man proceeded to blame me as surely I did not follow the directions and it was my fault that the product in now peeling. I want to make others aware as I know there were complaints in previous years regarding this product which the company claims to have now fixed. This is not true. The product will still peel and crack and as before Rustoleum will not take any responsibility for this. Sadly I did not keep my receipt and at this point I am afraid that I am stuck with the cost of not only this awful product but all the cost and time it will take to repair. I will not be able to just paint over this as it will continue to peel. All of the Rustoleum product must now be scraped off and I will have to start all over again. I want to make others aware because even though I may be stuck with the consequences of not keeping my receipt and will not be able to get so much as a refund or any help from this company, I can at least try to make other consumers aware before they purchase this product.
