Ordered on May 6th. The website posted 5 days before shipment so that was no problem. Immediately after paying a automated email was sent saying 14 to 15 days before shipment. I placed a message in the order area where they tout so called great customer service, I requested my order be sent since they had not alerted me before ordering to the lengthy delay. Not one answer. Then I started on the phone around the end of the month. The phone tells you how interested they are in you and they are waiting on other clients. Then eventually have a automated message blow you off and hang up, please call back later. No matter the time or how many times you call you get the same thing.

In short, no answers to questions, no customer service through the 866 number, website is down and unable to retrieve any updates. I can get into the nda pharmacy.com which is the same people but no answers. They have $117.00 and did not refund or offer any suggestions as to why the delay.

They are either a rip off or they cannot fill their orders. If they can't fill their orders then they should have refunded. The FTC, BBB has been alerted, and I am in the process of a chargeback. It will be a month on the 6th. Nothing worse than someone taking your money and then vanishing.

I was mistaken and my credit card reads Panama and not Panama, Florida. I just phoned them with the number some others have suggested they got results from. NDAPharmacy. 800-274-1935. A girl answered and said I needed to phone customer service. I said customer service is not available to anyone. She said nothing she could do and hung up quickly. Start chargebacks now for the multiple companies these people own. Do a search I think a lot of them are the same people and they are still taking orders. They are not even trying to explain the circumstances any longer. A month tomorrow and only money taken and never a response. In business you don't have the product or merchandise you do not sell it or charge credit cards for it. That is called fraud.
