Ryan McClain - EBay ID Fraggingisfun Ripoff Non Delivery Breach of Contract #100506251354 False Contact Information Dennisport Massachusetts
Ryan McClain aka eBay ID fraggingisfun advertised a very rare and hard to find compact disk from the band Evanescence named Origin. I submit that this was completely fraudulent from the seller since he did not deliver any product.
In the eBay contract number 100506251354 the seller fraggingisfun stated. "THIS IS THE VERY VERY RARE ORIGINAL RELEASE OF ORIGIN AND HAS ONLY 11 TRACKS ,AND WAS RELEASED BY BIGWIG ENTERPRISES , NOT LIKE THE EPIC RERELEASE THAT HAS BONUS TRACKS AND SELLS ON EBAY FOR ABOUT 25.00 EACH , ONLY 2500 OF THESE WERE EVER MADE , THIS CD IS VERY VERY VERY HARD TO FIND , AND THIS ONE IS 100% IN MINT CONDITION, OPENED BUT NO STRACHES, MARKS, ETC... GET IT BEFORE IT'S GONE, IT IS THE REAL DEAL"
Item was paid on Thursday June 22 2006 in the amount of $ 38.31. Seller stated in email on Monday June 26 2006 "sent usps priority and will arrive in 3-5 days. no online tracking # currently available. thanks." Both of the statements made by seller are false.
In email dated Friday June 30th 2006, seller stated "hi. don't worry, it will arrive no later than mid next week. thanks." Although this is inconclusive, but I believe that the seller lied not only once, but now twice. Item is still not received. No tracking number for shipment was received by me from the seller. Nor can the seller provide proof of shipment. Although seller stated he would refund for non-delivery, I expect that to be a lie of omission as well.
No product or truthfull explaination from seller about non delivery. Nor will the seller reply to any emails sent. I contacted eBay for a complete record of contact information about Ryan McClain. That information turn out to be false. The phone number is invalid and no such company exists according to State records. I have refuted payment which will now take about twenty days from PayPal.
I can only hope that with this posting other people that got ripped off from this individual will report him.
