Be aware, Tracy Bernardo is now tapping into the web design business after scamming many individuals out of his last business venture of selling tea cup pigs. He has deceived clients out of thousands of dollars with his bait and switch scheme.
He's now trying to cover his tracks by paying writers to create a phony article about him, boosting that he’s “The best web consultant in Sacramento” by some internet poll, which surprisingly no source was listed, that’s because there was no poll.
This article was then blasted around the web in hopes to deceive potential clients into believing he has some kind of credibility and notoriety when his track record reveals otherwise; also in hopes to cover up his unscrupulous business past in case potential clients decides to do their own research about him and his company.
Here’s an excerpt from his fictitious article.

First of all, can we have a direct link or source to this ballot you’re speaking of? Secondly, the only people that are aware of your name are the people you’ve scammed over in the past. If you do a research on his name, the only thing you’ll find are the reports of him ripping clients off and their horror stories of the pain and trauma he has put them through, there's not one link praising him for his supposed "best web consultant” reputation that he allegedly has.
He has slandered, intimidated, threaten lawsuits, harassed via phone calls and even made death threats to his own clients after they started complaining about him.
He believes he could just walk away freely from what he’s done and try to startup another business without any repercussions? He’s a true sociopath and needs to be exposed for the despicable and heartless person he is!
