There is Nothing Safer about saferwholesale.com! I made a purchase of a 10x10 Gazebo. After my online purchase, I had a question and called customer service. The staff was so rude, one of the male customer service reps at one point said, "Hello, are you deaf"? I emailed their reps with my complaint and got no response. 4 weeks after I placed my order I received a phone call that the item I purchased wasn't in stock, so I could get a "free" upgrade to a 10x12 Gazebo. I measured my area and it won't work. So I emailed for two days with no response. I called today and spoke with a "manager Geraldo" and he was a real jerk. He said, "since we are wholesale you cannot get a refund, only an in store credit". I don't want an in store credit I say, and you don't have the item I have available. Therefore, I should receive a refund. He said absolutely not! DO NOT do business with these people, they are crooks and unprofessional! I am filing charges against them!!! I work very hard for my money and should have a refund if they don't have what I ordered!!!

Since my review, I have been in contact with management. They have assured me that will be sending me a refund asap. I appreciate their attention into this matter and quick response. We have settled our dispute and I am satisfied with the resolution.
