SAILFISH WATERFRONT PROPERTIES Andrew Gerard Scalf Marty Van d**e SCAMMERS-SAILFISH WATERFRONT PROPERTIES-Cheats people out of money. Deceptive Practices. Liars. Palm Beach Gardens Florida
Preservation Company- Bad UNEthical Behavior. Making money from Safeguard Properties isnt good enough for Andrew Gerard Scalf and his partner Marty Van d**e. They hire unsuspecting subs to do the work then cash in to Safeguard Properties for huge payouts. They then start their SCAMS to cheat people who trust them. When it comes time to pay they have lots of :tomorrow, didnt get my check yet, Gerard is out of town and has the check, It came in too late, maybe, maybe, NEVER!!!
The scam is to get subs to use their equipment, their gas, run all over to make a dime in the heat and then all the money goes into their pockets and the subs are broke with no way to pay their bills, no way to feed their family and were suckered in. They then recruit their next bunch of unsuspecting poor guys ready for the scam.
Guys, if you have been the victim of these cunning scam artists, file liens on PNC owned properties and any other owner of properties you did work on. Dont just let these major scam players ruin you. Lien laws provide the right to file a lien on any work you do amd have not been paid for. You can find the owner by going to the County Property Appraiser website n check Civil proceedings on the house foreclosure for Bank information. Filing a lien is easy and notify Safeguard Properties, Sailfish Waterfront Properties 14370 66 Trail N, Palm Beach Gardens 33418. Once you file the lien, you will be paid and Safeguard will have alot to explain to The Bank.
Safeguard needs to look for other Vendors to handle the work since Sailfish Waterfront Properties is si incompetent. Work Orders are getting cancelled by the bank daily since Marty and Gerard dont know how to manage work orders and scheduling.
If you are a Preservation Company looking for more work, call Safeguard and grab Marty and Gerard Business away. All they want to do is play the turnover game. Hire people and let them work for you into they start complaining about not getting paid then hire a new group. They pocket all the money !
The attorney General needs to bust this type of Preservation Company. Its the same as any Rico. Well thought out, scamming racketeers!!!!!
