Sam Pack Ford Carrollton, Texas Stay Away - Deceptive Sales/Lending Practices Carrollton, Texas
I test dove a 2008 F350 at the Sam Pack Dealership in Carrolton, TX with salesman Michael Krantz on 8/1/12. We negotiated the deal back and forth the rest of the day. On 8/2 I called Michael Krantz to finalize the deal. I was told the truck was being taken off of the lot. My credit union and the dealer worked to get all the paperwork in order. When I called to let Michael know when I was coming to sign the paperwork and pick of the vehicle I was told that they couldnt find the truck. When I showed up I was taken back to the finance office. I was told that the truck had accidently been taken to another dealer and someone from dealership was on the way to pick it up. After I had signed the paperwork and sat in the lobby for 2 hours, Michael came out to tell me that the other dealer had listed, sold, and delivered the truck to someone else. The same truck that I had the paperwork on and the same truck that I had now taken a loan out on. I was handed my down payment back with no apoligies. Only a disgusted remark from Michael that he had lost his commission. Stay away.
