Samer LLC dba Reserved Motorsports Reserved Motorsports Held property hostage until I paid a higher rate than was quoted for vehicle transport from Colorado to California Menlo Park, California
This transport broker quoted me $1450 for the transport of a racing vehicle and the spares package from California to Colorado. I told him I already had a quote from a transporter that I had used previously for $1800. Once the vehicle and spares had been picked up Samer contacted me and told me he had made a mistake because he had been driving when I supplied him the information that it would now be $2150. After long and irritating discussions he said he wouldn't take less than $2000 and would hold my property unless I paid him and that I would have to take him to civil court. I even offered to pay him the $1800 that I had received from the other carrier and not force him to honor his $1450 quote but in the end the driver who he was working with held my property until I paid him the $2000 threatening to return it to CA and put it in a warehouse until the matter was resolved. Beware of Reserved Motorsports as this a one man broker and a fast talker who has no business ethics.
