I am Sam's Club member since 1997. (Member # xx386 Valika Inc)

I purchased 663 cartons of cigarettes $10139.15 from them on 03-07-2009 at 9.30am among that purchase 18 cartons were sold to me is not what I asked for, I asked for Doral King size in box and they sold me Doral king size soft pack if you see them they look alike only difference is that one is soft pack and the other is in the box, their employ made a mistake while pulling them off the shelf and put it with my order and checked me out. I purchase that order in good faith that I am going to get what I have asked for but when I get back to my place of business there was an error I went back the same day to exchange it and they would not do it saying that I have to get a letter from the manufacture regarding this return, I told them the letter or approval from mfg is required when there is anything wrong with the product, bad product or damaged, in fact I have contacted the mfg of the product RJR tobacco Co they are saying the some thing that they are more then happy to write me a approval letter for return if there is any thing wrong with the product, this is a mistake on the Sam's Club end and they have to resolve it.

My point is why I have to go through all this when their employ has made mistake all I am asking is the exchange and what I originally asked for i.e. Doral king Box Instead of Doral King Soft. Sam's Club is also making a story that its a tobacco law for the exchange that it requires letter of approval from mfg, I would like to see the copy of that law, I have done some research there is no such law.They also say that its a sore policy but this matter is not about policy, its about the mistake their employ has made and they need to correct it.
