Samson Motorcycle Exhaust Ripoff Caliber pipes junk Internet
I bought a new set of Calibel pipes for my Harley in March of 2005. Shortly after the one year warrenty ran out, (4 months), I heard a rattle coming from the pipes. I checked and found a mount for the heat sheilds broke. I removed the heat shield and when I started the bike I could hear an exhaust leak. It seems that the front pipe had cracked but the heat shield muffled the leak so I couldn't hear it. I first called Samson and was connected with the warrenty dept. I left a voice mail with all the nessary info but they didn't even give me the courtisy of a return call. I have since sent two emails with no response. Four months after the warrenty ran out and the pipes are literilly falling apart!! JUNK!!!

I finally got to speak to some one at Samson about my pipes. After a long discussion they did agree to send me new pipes. They said there is a 3 to 4 week backlog...... We'll see. Stay tuned for more.:-/
