why,black inventors-sometimes in chicago SNAP,CRACKLE AND POP.I WAS A TV SERVICE TECHNICIAN HERE IN CHICAGO FOR 27 YEARS,THEN ONE DAY I DISCOVERED, A PROCESS AND BUSINESS METHOD- THAT COULD ENHANCE - the way television could be watched- so my field service as a T.V. repairman it Lead me to file a patent FOR A NEW PRODUCT for tv viewers, thus im,the inventor of the First style- APPARATUS device for select tv positioning, U.S.patent 6,095,476 the text of my patent has in it that my invention during the patent search found it to be not anticipated, not rendered obvious,suggested,or even implied by any of the prior art televisions,either alone or in any combination thereof. as inventor i contacted samsung,by letter and once by e-mail about them makeing use of my patented trade secrets, and business method that they STOLE off of the internet that the U.S. PATENT and trade mark office places all information of new invention onLine open to the entire world to take advantage of. They the samsung corporation and there distributor including BESTBUY RETAILERS and others are contributor infringers as well, for months BESTBUY AND samsung has ignored me as the inventor and that i should be getting paid as a patented inventor for all of my lost profits etc. it is interesting to note that federal law. the Economic Espionage act of 1996 ,president clinton signed into Law the act makes it a federal crime to steal a trade secret or to receive or possess trade secret information if you know that it,s been Stolen. A major target of high-tech theft of information is over the internet. what i learned in my research as inventor is that the act provides criminal penalties, with jail terms up to 10 years and fines up to 500,000 for individuals, corporations or organizations can be fined up to five million and stricter penalties if a trade secret benefits a foreign entity prison terms up to 15 years and ten million fines to others plus the Government will dismantle the network and seize the property etc. during an internet search under automated tv stands , and pop- up tv furniture, and TV LIFTS, there are over 15 manufacturers makeing,useing and selling tv positioning products under the scope of my united states patent - the text of my patent claim include all equivelent constructions of tv stand apparatus methods and use my rip-off report is long to talk about and i suffered a many sleepless nights and was homeless for a long time and MANY- manufacturers may be in DEEP TROUBLE AS A RESULT OF THIS TRUE RIP OFF REPORT state of the union message that can send RIPPLES AROUND THE WORLD- when people learn that this is the true story of an inventor, that don,t need to SNAP,CRACKLE AND POP like the other inventor in CHICAGO DID when he SHOT and KILLED the PATENT ATTORNEY here in chicago. in closeing i rather SHOOT OUT THE RIP-OFF REPORT simply because---------------- ITS BETTER AND --Action has no Season and thats my reason.
