on july 29 of 2013 i was pulled over by a sherrif for driving with no seat belt. when he ran my name through the system he notice i had a warrant for unreasonable noise. he asked if he can search my car and i said yes, because i had nothing ilegal to hide. he searched the car and found some medical marijuna. which was not hidden because i have a medical marijuana liscence. long story short he impound the car and didnt read me my rights.he also gave me a ticket for having no liscence i signed the ticket and  on the way to county jail he was going through my phone which i never gave him permission. because i have personal pics in there. he stopped at my house to drop off my medical cannabis. he told my brother i impounded your car and that was it. he then drove meto the county jail. on the way over there he kept telling me who was texting me and what they were saying. he then asked me what was my brothers birth date he began running an apb on my brother but my brother had no relevance to the case. when i was going through their process i seen the arresting officer show a custody officer something off my phone i never gave either one permission to go through my text or pictures. later after the booking officer had classified me the arresting officer came back and asked the booking officer to give him my property then he added on my citation that i also was driving with no seatbelt. once i was in county jail i asked for my free phone calls and they said they didnt have to give me anything free in there dispence. also the booking officer asked the arresting officer for the information where my car was being stored. his replied was i already notify his brother. the booking officer said we always file this too but he never gave him the paperwork so i can be notify where the vehicle is at.

later upon my release i called the sherrifs office to file a complaint i was told that i would be later contacted but till this day i havent heard anything from the watch commander. a few days after my relese a sherrif called my brother to give him info about the vehicle i called him and asked why i havent been contacted he replied there was nothing on file. he then began to explain why the officer was running my brothers name. he said because the vehicle was his he had a right to check and see if he had warrants he then said that because i have a medical marijuana card that gives them the right to check my phone without my consent he then said my vehicle was stored at such place. so i asked why wasnt i given this information when they took my car. it would had been alot cheaper for me to get my car. after four days of being impounded i owed over five hundred when it could had been just a couple of hundred if i was given the right information.he explain why they did what they did but never gave me an explanation why i was never read my rights and also why i was refused my free phone calls. calls that i asked for and were denied and i have an officers name and another inmate that were there to witness.

a few days later i was also pulled over while walking and harrased by the police dep. i was pulled over while crossing a street. they said because i was bald that gives them right to stop me. he continue to say what was i doing in this county since i was born in la county. he told me to grow my hair out or he would f**k with me every time they see me. i told him i was just released a few days before from jail and that i was gonna file a complaint he said that s**t only works in la county out here we dont give a s**t we see those cases and just ignore them. his partner asked why was i out in there county i said i live here because loma linda hospital is near by and since i have a daughter with cancer i had to be here.. soon after he tried to change his attittude and released me. i want the public to be informed of how police can discriminate and abuse their authority. i for one feel that i shouldnt be affraid when being around police. i should feel safe and comfortable. truth i dont feel safe or secure around the people who get paid to protect and serve.......

Just remember you have a right to remain silent.  Use it!!   And, unless there is probly cause a search warrant is needed to search your car or home.    I am not an attorney and this is not legal advice.  It is just general information.
