My income was stopped in 2009 due to an amputation. Ask them to change due date from 8th to 24th hoping we could still pay. God made a way so we never missed a car note in 5yrs. Got on Disability from Social Security in July 2010. I now get one check a month and that's on the 3rd. Since it was changed once to the 24th of the month, they won't changed it again. So, I get paid on the 3rd and can't pay any other time. I called to see if they would put the due date back to the 8th so I wouldn"t have to pay late charges and they refused. I pay every month on the 3rd which is 10 days after due date and they charge me $14.35 for late charges which I can't afford because by the time I pay my bills(including car note), groceries and gasoline, I have Nothing left for the month. They are rude, you can't talk to any higher ups, and it's a NO right off the bat. My last note is in Nov. 2011 and it will be the BEST Day of my life to finally pay them off but they will try to get as much money from me till then. IN THE NAME of JESUS they will never have me as a customer ever again! Please do not do business with this company. They are crooked and don't care about your situation even though you pay ALL your notes. They never let me know that they bought out the original company I was paying to.(Drive Financial), Neither did Drive. I started getting statements from Santander instead.I PRAY someone  will do something about this....I have NO good words for them. Please Beware!

When did this become a Religious forum!

I cant believe that even though we are talking about reviewing companies that someone would read a review and then sit there and comment about their own religious beliefs.  People and God can be talked about and others can express there thanks for things if they beieve that they had help from God, but don't go making comments like "You People and your Jesus, and God"  these are not needed if you want to think that but keep it to yourself and don't post it!!!  Have a Blessed Day.

I'm so sure that on top of everything God has to take care of that he made sure to "make a way so you never missed a note in 5 years"! You people and your "Jesus" this and "God" that are just plain silly.

Hey Robert, Little do you know we offered to pay two notes to catch up and they still refused. We have tried to do everything to work with these people and they just ignore you. It sound like you probably work for them. They just like to call eight times a day and harrass you  no matter what your status is with them. Thank God we will have our car paid off in 7 months and will NEVER have to deal with theses crooks again. A car we started paying for was $11,000, we are now paying $15,000 for. It seems like everytime we get the balance down...they find some reason to bring it back up. They do business behind your backs and don't tell you about it. Until you are in my shoes you don't need to say anything negative about me. You don't know me and I am grateful for that. Have a Blessed day!

If you get paid on the 3rd and it is not due until the 24th there is no way you can be late if in fact you are telling the truth in paying on-time.  But if you can't pay it on-time now, how in the world do you think you are going to pay it on-time if they move it UP 3 weeks.

Oh...because of the little detail you are trying to slip by.  You want them to change it to the 8th, but the 8th of the NEXT month.  This effectivly has you skip a payment to get you current.  So according to what you have written your payment for January is made late on February 3rd, you want your February payment that is due on the 24th to be moved to March 8th.  So now you have "skipped" a payment because you would not make a regular payment in Feburary.

They are a sub-prime lender, and since you have been paying for 5 years with your amputation happening only 2 years ago, that means that you had credit issues even before it.  Since they are a sub-prime lender they are going to be less lienient.  Although according to you they already changed your due date once.  But don't think other lenders would treat you any different, because they won't.
