This is a written apology to you sir as, first your unfortunant situation. second I do believe you misunderstood as it was not that we wer not sympathetic to your situation, but we do have polacies and procedures that have to be followed in order to give out a refund. We did in fact resolve this matter with you, and consider this matter reloved satisfactory, and once again our deepest apology for your misfortune.
