Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
While agreeing to a payday loan on line my husband didn't realize that he had also agreed for this company saveyouridentity to start debiting our account for their services also. When I called to complain they said they couldn't refund our money. I am looking for info on this company it is in the UK because it just sounds like a fraudulent deal. While their website says that they protect your identity, the customer service person that their business is to put a postive note on your credit report thereby improving your credit. Now I could be wrong but that sounds illegal. The man on the phone would not give me their address but their website does. If anyone has any information on this please post.

most send your info to ADVANCE FEE LOAN SCAMS. The first rebuttal is ABSOLUTELY CORRECT - most of the complaints you see about the Grants, Acai berry, membership programs, freecredit report.com that pertain to so called "Unauthorized Charges" are due to those same people who made the CHOICE NOT TO READ the disclosures. Granted some of the websites do not make them easy to find - SO YOU HAVE to be sure to look for them. And in some cases like Freecreditreport.com have its right on their homepage for all to see, but it is ignored completely

This may be the same company... Listed on Bank Statement As - "Identity Security"

#3REBUTTAL Individual responds

Fri, February 13, 2009

I may be another victim in this internet scam. I have not signed up for anything online, though I have made some purchases. However in any of the fine print nothing was mentioned about signing up automatically for an identity theft protection plan! I checked my bank statement online to see if my tax check had cleared, and in the list of debits were two charges I had no knowledge of... 1. an "International Service Charge" of $.30, and 2. an "Identity Security" debit of $9.95. Both were charged using my bank card number. The company, which hasn't revealed it's name yet, left an "800" number - 1-800-712-7222 that was reported to my bank, not me, and gives an automated response that states if a charge has shown up in your statement, wait 48 hours for your statement to refresh, and the company's info will show up on the statement afterwards. I have already filed a dispute through my bank and these charges will be denied. I don't know if this is the same company, however it does appear to be from out of the states. I will post another rebuttal to update this claim as it comes in, and I will file a report if I ever do find out the company's name and contact info. Until then everyone, please keep an eye on your bank account if you make any purchases online!!! Be careful. In today's economy these bogus companies are pulling out all the stops to get your money!

I have some useful information for you mam, you just said "while agreeing to a payday loan online my husband did not realize". This sounds like your husband did not read everything included and especially the terms! You should be complaining to your husband for not reading what he is signing up for online! It sounds like you also applied for a payday loan online like me, BUT your husband DID NOT READ THE TERMS!! It sounds that you are regretting your husband ever signing up and you are trying to make it sound like this company fraudulently charged you! I can understand your situation and just like you I also had signed up and received a payday loan online, but I DID NOT ACCEPT saveyouridentity. It sounds like you simply did not read the terms before submitting your payday loan application which tells you what you were getting yourself into if you accept saveyouridentity! While signing up I made sure all of my information was correct and I READ THE TERMS to everything before I clicked submit!! I read all the terms for the saveyouridentity service which is identity theft protection. I decided I did not need this right now so I made sure NOT to accept the service with my application. Since I selected NOT to receive the service, I was NEVER billed! Sorry to hear about your troubled situation, I thought it would be good for me to share my experience with you. I hope you will be more careful in the future when you signup for things online, you MUST read everything these days even the fine print! In the end you would not have had a problem if you and your husband would have READ THE TERMS! Best Wishes
