Saveology A Ripoff company, Internet
I joined the elite program of saveology because of the promised benefits that were offered. I had had some experience with the company, most of it satisfactory, though there were some small problems. After more than 6 months of paying into the elite program and accruing the bonus monies, but not being able to use any of them, which then expired and therefore were lost forever, and not getting an elite number to allow access to the other programs that were the main reason for joining, I finally was able to cancel my membership, but not to get any of my money back.
The products saveology offers can be okay, and sometimes good, although there has been nothing offered in 5 months that is worth having, but joining elite for the really great benefits is a total ripoff: you cannot collect on any of the benefits, and yet you continue to accrue money in the account and not able to spend it. This is a company that either has to fix up its act, or will be going out of business before I can possibly spend the balance in my account. All of the bonus money that I should have had has been erased through their incompetence and I would even suggest nefarious actions.
