SB county CPS I can get the Social Workers name, if needed or helpful. Took my grandchildren from their mom, and the rest of our family. San Bernardino California
It's been over two years (Oct. 2013) since they took my grandchildren from their mom. She is still going to court about felony child indangerment, because her son feel and bumpped his head. He has bowed legs, and would fall frequently.He had to spend some time at Loma Linda hospitol, the mom was there with him everyday. They charged her after he got well. One Doctor Claimed it is child abuse, her doctors disagree, but they will charge her to testify on her behalf.
they took her son from her and sent her daughter to Utah, to live with her dad, the dad is a achoholic that never wanted his daughter. he will not let us talk to her or have any communication with her. He has a girlfriend with sons, they hit her and otherwise mistreat her, and the parents allow this behavior. He let her come visit us one time (thank The Lord) I thought we would never see her again. You can see the changes in her. She cried often, had a bad attitude, and was very sad. They sent her here with boy clothes on, hair unkempt etc.
she was arrested and sent to Glen Helen. at court (San Bernardino County) the detective, who interviewed her, testified that she told him, she shook her child, this she denied, she never even spank her children. Later during all these procedures they missplaced the interveiw tapes, that the detective swore he recorded. They want her to take a plea bargain, she can't do that, they are threatening her with 13 years in prison. She still cannot plead guilty to something she did not do.
she has no money for her lawyer, he is still working with her though. The public Defender she had only wanted her to plead guilty. (Plea bargain). This case is finally getting ready to go to jury trial on January 22nd 2016. If you can do nothing else please pray for her and her children, because this is all kinds of wrong.
she is a good mother to her children, kept them well fed and clothed. They where very smart children. How can we see our granddaughter? I do get to see my grandson on occasions.
