Scentex - Scentura - WPI ripoff Ripoff I found out it was a scam after I no longer had my job Arlington Texas
I found this place (Scentex) in the news paper and, I thought maybe I could do this. The help wanted ad stated only that this was an opportunity for Management and Office personnel. So, I call and talked to them and immeadiately with almost no questions asked I had an interview.
Whats strange about this is usally in a company they will not give you a same day interview, nor will they allow even the training of someone under the age of 18 in this type of business, 1st clue something was definitely wrong. So, I go to the interview and see a mass of Applicants waiting for an interview not good. My interview went well and, I was asked back for a second interview 1 day later.
Second interview went well except I was getting more and more worried about if this was telemarketing, or door-to-door sales which was not something I was told I was going to do. The owner Andy Olson assured me this was only to select customers. Also to me the "rendetion" of these purfumes was close but not the same the were sales expensive knock offs something easily found at a dollar store.
He then told me, "quit your job screw them." This also came to mind as weird. But, needing money quikly for my bills I decided to trust them and work there. So, that night I quit my job and then later my fiancees mother found the rip-off report online, and delivered to me this message of this scam.
So, now no job, no money, no life because of no job and no money all because of scam artists like Andy Olson. So, if you think they stopped they didn't I found the same phone number and adress in someone else report on a another site. So, I know I'm not the only one thats has had this happen to them recently.
So, if in anyway I can help to stop or shut down this business Im here to help thank you.
