This guy David Ryan is really good at writing a strong scam letter to convince me that he was legitimate with his Forex investment program and that I could make lots of easy cash from the recommendations that they would send me on a regular basis if I would just send them $240.00. Then I was told that I needed to select a Forex Broker and send tham his name so that he could invest it for me in my first trades which would produce my firsr instant profit. So, I spent a lot of time on the internet finding just the right broker. However, when I tried to send him the broker's name I couldn't seem to locate the correct website or place to send it to although I tried numerous times.

It's been a few months but I still have't been able to contact Mr Ryan. I later discovered by an internet site that others has been cheated by this very convincing scam artist to send him their money. This guy needs to be sued and prosecuted to the full extent of the law in order that he will know that he cannot get away with such scemes and shenanagins even though he thinks that he can hide out with immunity in Panama ain order to escape from trustful individuals who are only trying to get ahead in life.

Just to update everyone. David Ryan no longer goes by his own name. He is now posing as a "Mr Vincent Pena", an ex Wall Street trader... I myself was scammed just last week. I have already posted a report on here as well about it. He is now accepting credit cards but only charging $125 instead and $45 per month thereafter. However he still requires that 10% of "your "income made from trading" be paid to him every month. It is very sad that he can take people's money, promise them so much support and yet deliver. It now shows that he is even more of a scam-artist because he is now using an alias in a bid to cover up his tracks. He has now been exposed. It is time we all do something about this fraudulent man. He's been ripping off people for too long.
