Since NBC 6 aired, Friday Aug. 8, 2008, eight of your clients crying and emotionally beaten as their lives are in ruins, thanks to you, your lack of ethics, insaticiable greed for money, and human flesh. Scott Alan Salomon iis permanently disbarred, sitting in Federal Prison in New Jersey awaiting his sentencing.  He is looking  at 20 years.  Todat Scott Salomon is 41 years old.  To date, he has assisted the Feds in prosecuting Sach's ( yes the infamous Sach's brothers) for wire bank fraud.  Did I mention, this is the group Scott was a part of and for the same crime?  Yes, in deed.  The Florida Attroney General of Broward County felt it is best to let the Feds investigate, prosecute and sentence Salomon in the wrap around fashion to include his gross injustices to his South Florida Clients.  

In case someone missed the 2008 summer of Salomon's legal crimes; I will give a breif summary of his activities.  Scott Alan Salomon was an attorney in Broward County, in good standing practicing in COral Springs Florida.  HIs game was to collect retainers from unsuspecting clients seeking counsel and doing absolutley no work.  NO WORK done for retainers!  What a novel thought... 

He was well staffed with legal assistants, labeled as "Case Managers".  The case managers where the clients go to contacts.  And of course they knew Salomon wasn't doing his job, because they had no motions to file or reports to transcrible.  No dockets were set, the phones, however did ring and the Case Managers retreived the calls and directed the clients or informed the clients their cases were being handled. 

The case managers collected pay checks for fielding irrate client calls.  One case manager told me that she would have to retrieve Salomon from the golf course or wake him up to respond to client calls that were "out of control."  

To date, Salomon is awaiting his sentencing.  The question is where is the money from his crimes.  Wire bank fraud with Sach's in 2004 and his ponzi scheme in collecting client retainers from 2006-2008. 

A little family history might shed some light.  Salomons father is on "watch" for tax evasion.  Interesting family lineage.

Scotty:  Don't you recall Roxanne, my dog?  How is life in Federal Prison.  Are they feeding you enough? Rumor has it, yo lost about 100 pounds since incarcerated.  I understand, your beloved bi-polar girlfriend is down on her luck.  If it wasn't for her bad luck she wouldn't have any luck at all.  Any how, I hear the ex wife and children are doing fine and financially set.  I always wanted to ask you this; is the punishment suitable for the crime?    My life is moving along slowly, upward direction.  You were the worst decision in my life.  What was I thinking when I retained you to represent me in my divorce.  Imagine, such a brilliant man gone bad.

Scott Salomon is presently in Federal Prison for bank wire fraud, a Federal Crime.  In addition, Supreme Court ruled Scott AlAN Salomon defrauded hundreds of clients.  Salomon, now disbarred operated The  Florida Litagation Center, Coral Springs, Florida.  Salomon raked in money, taking client retainers and providing no legal representation.  Salomon and his staff knowingly and willingly victimized hundreds of innocent people, leaving their lives in ruins.   Salomon stands trail January 2010.
