Seagate Bad faith marketing Nationwide
Seagate manufactures and sells backup devices. I have a fairly new (still under warranty) one terabyte backup device. When Windows updated their operating system to Windows 10 the device stopped working.The device will no longer backup new info nor can I retrieve old backed up data. Windows gave vendors and customers prior notice before they released Windows 10. Seagate did nothing to advise or help their customers that their product would not work under Windows 10. This situation is a dereliction of duty by Seagate Technology. Their hardware is now useless. They are not being responsible.
