I just had the same exact thing happen to me. I ordered it back in Feb. and then cancelled it right away back in Feb. and they just charged me again twice in the last week for $79 each time. Cafe Saporito, a.k.a Seattle coffee, a.k.a Metro coffee, a.k.a Bellezza coffee WILL NOT refund your money, you have to dispute it. The thing is... not only do you have to dispute this on your credit card you also have to report it to the fraud dept. at the credit card company so they can cancel that number and re-issue you a new card. My credit card company said there is no other way to guarantee they will not keep charging me each month or whenever they feel like it. They will mail you affadavits to fill out and than they should clear you of all charges. You are right... companies like this are disgusting.

Call up your credit card company and tell them that you did not make the charge. You are far better off doing it that way than explaining the fact that you cancelled your ordered and take the chance that they have snook in some BS return policy.
This way you make it plain and simple. I didn't order it.
