Seattle Coffee Direct is run by Brian Dale, President of Peel Inc. I signed up for the "introductory offer" too, as did 100-1000s of people. I contacted peel.com Brian emailed me back, wanting my phone number so he could talk to me & resolve this... DON'T THINK SO!!! I'm not ready to talk to that liar!!! I filed a consumer complaint at www.ftc.org They have responded well. I hope others do the same. THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS!!! What has really helped me is that I saved ALL the web pages I could on SeattleCoffeeDirect. They are in a SAFE PLACE, awaiting futher action. If a Law Firm could take this on, I hope the pages I saved will be of help!!! I also filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau at www.chicago.bbb.org I hope you do the same!!! There are MANY registered complaints so far! Let's get this guy:) I also have a Rip-off report #303323
