WELL, IT ONLY TOOK SIX MORE PHONE CALLS, A THREAT TO CONTACT MY LAWYER, AND THE MENTION OF PUTTING THEM ON RIP-OFF.COM BUT I FINALLY RECEIVED MY REFUND! I SPOKE WITH ANOTHER SUPERVISOR, REBECCA RAMIREZ. ITS NOT LIKE SHE WAS HELPFUL ACTUALLY SHE WAS QUITE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I'M GLAD I NO LONGER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM. IF YOU STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND, I SUGGEST YOU CALL MS. RAMIREZ ON A REGULAR BASIS LIKE I DID UNTIL YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE KEEP YOUR MONEY! LET THEM KNOW IF THEY RECEIVED THEIR MERCHANDISE BACK YOU DESERVE YOUR MONEY!
