My daughter(13) went online and saw and ad for a free laptop*.( Of course, we know that * means we need to read deeper). My daughter filled out the little ads and inadvertently order this coffee from Seattle Coffee Direct. Well my daughter filled out everything on Friday(4/24/09) and on Sunday(4/26/09) they charged my card $25.00 (which I have since erased my info from my laptop behind this) and on Monday (4/27/09) they charged my card again for an additional $38.95. When I discovered the discrepancies in my account I immediately contacted this company. I spoke with a man named Ralph, I explained what happened to Ralph and he told me to send the second shipment back and they would refund a portion of the $38.95! I told him he was out of his mind and explained to him again that my daughter ordered this coffee and I also informed him that I would be sending all of their merchandise and would be expecting a FULL refund! He puts me on hold for all of 5 seconds (if that long) and told me he'd spoken with his manager (Melvin) and he agreed to send me a FULL refund. I have yet to receive any of my money and I refused the packages when UPS brought them to my house. I have been trying to contact Seattle Coffee Direct and still can not get any assistance! Will someone please help?

WELL, IT ONLY TOOK SIX MORE PHONE CALLS, A THREAT TO CONTACT MY LAWYER, AND THE MENTION OF PUTTING THEM ON RIP-OFF.COM BUT I FINALLY RECEIVED MY REFUND! I SPOKE WITH ANOTHER SUPERVISOR, REBECCA RAMIREZ. ITS NOT LIKE SHE WAS HELPFUL ACTUALLY SHE WAS QUITE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I'M GLAD I NO LONGER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM. IF YOU STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND, I SUGGEST YOU CALL MS. RAMIREZ ON A REGULAR BASIS LIKE I DID UNTIL YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE KEEP YOUR MONEY! LET THEM KNOW IF THEY RECEIVED THEIR MERCHANDISE BACK YOU DESERVE YOUR MONEY!
