They make an offer of 5 items for $5, and then bill it at $5 for each item. I cancelled the account as soon as I saw the charge on my account. Seattle Coffee Direct said to refuse the package when it arrived and I would be issued a credit.



I refused and returned the package as directed.  Two months later I remember and can't find a credit.  I call Seattle Direct to find out when I'd receive the refund and the woman said they never received the package--so they wouldn't issue a refund.



They had a record of the account being cancelled, so I told them to check the tape of the conversation. After that I was transferred to a 'supervisor'.



Nice scam.  I had to speak with a supervisor before I could get a refund of the $25 (in a few days--never mind that it was already 2 months!).



The company lacks integrity. I'll never do business with them again, nor buy anything at Seattle Coffee again.



I see they've changed the ad to "5 for $5 each" and believe it was due to false advertising.
