I work for SecureBoxOffice customer support and wanted to respond to your concerns. First, if you asked for tickets to a specific show and received tickets for a different date or time, you are absolutely entitled to a refund. Our support representatives would never intentionally place an order for the incorrect show time. If you called us to contest the order and were told that a refund is not due, it is because the representative that placed the order disagrees with your account. Representatives attach notes to each phone sale, and if an issue arises, are consulted for more details about the transaction to clarify what the customer requested.
Some of the details in your complaint are ambiguous, but if you had an issue with the ticket seller, please let us know at [email protected] so that we can look into any misconduct and rectify the situation. We do appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience.
