Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My supervisor wrote me up for calling in so I went ahead and wrote underneath her statement my reason for my absent. She then texted me to my cellphone telling me that what i had wrote on my write up was not the truth,so i went to her post and told her that i would rewrite it to where we both know how our conversation went prior to me calling in and she said no cause she had alredy rewrote it and sent it out to the main office.

I told her she had no right to do that and she said she already did it and sent out my text messages to the offie. I told her well I do hope you also told them about the breech of confidentiality. She had told one of the guards the reason for my absenence from work. She then felt threatned and had me leave for the day wrote me up and in her write up she wrote stuff that I hadnt even said.

She also told me that my branch manager Steve MInton told her he didnt want to talk to me that for me not to go in to his office cause he wasnt going to be there. So I leave and I recieved a text from an employee from my site telling me that my supervisor was telling everyone I was terminated.

I cant get a hold of my HR or anyone at the Securitas Company I dont even know why Iam getting terminated. All I know is that Lt. Moore was a very shady lady always leaving early for no reason and once I had to make her leave work because she was drunk during work hours and I didnt want her to get in trouble.

this false report was written by ex officer jennifer realyvasquez. jennifer was not only one of my officers she was also my neighbor. so at work she felt she was entitled to everything since we were neighbors. the day she is speaking of first, the day before prior she came to me asking to take off very early the next day because she needed to pick up her son from school, it was an early release day. I told her she wasn't giving me enough notice and I could let her because we were short. I asked her to have one of her many family members who live her to pick him up. she didn't say anything and walked away. well that evening she texted me and said she wouldn't be at work the following day. rules are for the employee to personally call their supervisor to call off, not a text or even a family member calling will due. so it was a write up. when she came back to work I issued her the writeup. she was angry and refused to sign it. I told her she needed to sign it our I would send her home. she agreed to sign it but wanted to fill out her side of the story. I allowed her to do so. her side of the story was the same as mine except she wrote she called off. I proceeded to write my statement and I also took a photo copy of the text she sent me , texting off and sent them to my supervisor. well the write up stood. officer realyvasquez was not happy and started to have a very hateful attitude towards me. The breach of confidentiality officer realyvasquez is speaking of was, not sure the date now (been a few years) was she came to my house one evening after her and her husband had been having some problems, black and blue. her husband had supposedly beat her up and she couldon't go to work like this the next couple days. I agreed and worked around it. well when Mr. Minton asked me why she had been missing so many days, he's my supervisor and I had to tell him. when officer realyvasquez came back to work the next week I had her sign her absentee and informed her that Mr. Minton may contact her to talk about this situation. she was furious and demanded to know why I told him. I told her that he's the branch manager and my boss so I report to him, not her. my desk was in the warehouse where employees walk by constantly and one of the warehouse supervisors office was right behind my desk. officer realyvasquez continued to raise her voice at me and use profanity. the use of profanity at your supervisor is grounds for termination. during this time several employees were walking by hearing this. I told officer realyvasquez to return to her post this wasn't the time or place for this. I then proceeded to call my branch manager Mr Minton told him what was going on, he said to write her up and have it signed and fax to the office. I issued officer realyvasquez a write up, she was very upset and continued using profanity towards me and refused to sign the write up and went back to her post. I called Mr. Minton back he said to fax over the report and to send officer realyvasquez home, she was terminated until further notice and to report to the office the following day. he was out of the office and he couldn't talk to her until then. I called officer realyvasquez on her cell phone because she wasn't responding to her radio. told her to come to my desk and bring her belongings. I told officer realyvasquez what Mr. Minton told me to tell her in front of a warehouse supervisor in a private office. she demanded to talk to mr. Minton I told her to go to the office the following day because he was not in the office today. she was very irate and rude. officer realyvasquez had made close friends with a warehouse employee which was not allowed because of security issues. when officer realyvasquez left I went to the warehouse manager and Co manager to inform them of the situation and told them she was terminated until further notice and was not allowed back on the site until then. we'll officer realyvasquez friend, her desk is right outside of the managers office and I'm sure she heard everything and I know she is the one telling everyone that I fired officer realyvasquez and is the employee that texted her and told her that I told people she was terminated. it was my job to inform the warehouse manager of the situation. and for her making me leave work one day because I was drunk, never happened. I am a supervisor in charge of a large warehouse and several officers, there is no way I would or have been drunk or even drink on the job. I am very professional and follow the rules set out for me to use. and leaving work early, wasn't leaving work, was going to the office to take care of paperwork, meetings, classes etc. if following the rule book and the rules is considered shady..... well I guess I am. after letting officer realyvasquez go (being neighbors) several times she and her gang members would threaten me every time I was outside. I had to file several complaints with the police department against her. last I heard she works fileing taxes now so please becareful dealing with Jennifer RealyVasquez!!
