Seen On Tv [email protected] ripoff, i ordered the OWL OPTICAL CARD on Oct 28. has been charged to my cc account. i have e-mailed the co that i have not rec my item and requeted a phone number i can call to inquire, i have not rec any info back. i want to cancel my order, how do i do that if cannot get ahold of the company Internet
i ordered the OWL OPTICAL WALLET CARD on Oct 28, this has been billed to my cc company, i have not recieved my item and have e-mailed the company with no response. i want to cancel my order how can i do that if i cannot get in touch with the company. i am afraid to order from the internet and this proves why. all order forms should include an phone and mailing address for the company responsible for the site.

What was the address of the internet site? I assume the [email protected] was the e-mail. There are resistrar sites, where you can find data about the owners of different websites. Legitimate businesses usually do not use yahoo e-mails. Yahoo emails are free and anonym - perfect for scams or phishing. You can request charge-back for non-delivery from your cc company, without having detailed data about the seller. Call your bank, they MUST have data who charged your card.
