SEG elite security Lies, unprofessionalism, secrecy New York New York
SEG is a rip-off. THey are very secretive.. no business cards, no official staionary, no first names of employees given. The provide security guard training for $370 which includes a suspicious $80 handling registration fee. THey are poor communicatosr and leave you in the dark concerning class times and locations.
A certain Ms "Matthews" promised job placement which did not happen. They promise you a uniform which did not happen. They make you come back again and again.
I got my 8 and 16 hr. certficates as promised but the whole experience was terrible. They treat you like dirt. Their receptionist is cold, unhelpful and unprofessional. You never see the same person twice so there is no contact person for you. They take advantage of a bad economy with bait and switch deceptive tactics. They shoiuld be investigated by Consumer Affairs and should be subject to a class action suit.
They disclose nothing. Especially additional costs. Their webiste provides no phone number no list of principal officers or employees. Do not use this company, beware of the "Lt. Kelly" come on promising you a job on Wall Street ASAP.
This company is a fraud.
