I sent out my phones and I tracked them with the given tracking number from sellandrecycle.com. It stated that it was delivered successfully on December 6th 2011 to Chula Vista, CA; but it didn't give a physical address or company name.

At this point I was quite skeptical as to me not knowing where my package got sent to. In my attemptes to contact seelandrecycle.com to be sure they had received my package; they only way to contact them was by "email only". How convenient!?

I never received a response back from them, ever. I just found out yesterday that this also happened to someone else; they never received their check as promised by this site/company, nor did they get their phone/s back. I, myself did not get my check for my 4 phones I sent in (total cash value $2,000).

I am out 4 phones and the $583.00 they promised me, that I was planning to use to catch up on my rent. Merry Christmas, right!? We have to stop them and get our money OR phones back!

I am writing to say that come to find out, it was my fault that I did not receive my money or phones back. lol I sent the packing slip in an email for my mom to print out for me at her house, and she printed the wrong one for a different company.

I do apologize for this. I was finally able to contact some one from this company, though after extensive research. I am awaiting an assesment on my phones and should hear back from them soon.

My only suggestion is, maybe there should just be an actual phone number on their website to be able to contact someone if you  have an urgent matter you need to discuss with them: THIS being a prime example. All of this posting and worrying could have been avoided IF i could have contacted someone directly, and not use their email that doesn't seem to work.

I am glad to have heard back from someone there and looking forward to hearing back from them soon. I already yelled my moms ear off! lol I will update you all very soon. :-)
