Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Septic Maxx sells a product calles Septic Maxx. It is important to note that this product cannot be used in most septic systems. Let me repeat this product Septic Maxx is not approved for use in septic systems, has never been tested, and does not subsribe to any known regulations. If you want proof of the fact that this product cannot be used in septic systems go to these two websites from government agencies:

doh.wa.gov/Portals/1/Documents/Pubs/337-025.pdf or google "list of approved on-site sewage system additives" Septic Maxx is not listed anywhere on this list.

floridahealth.gov/environmental-health/onsite-sewage/products/additives/index.html

I put the florida website in here because the company is located in florida and is not approved for us in its own state- that is saying something.

This company offers a 6 month no-obligation use of the product. It is a bait and swrtch. The sales person will tell you aboutthe product and how great it is. They will offer you a 6 month no-obligation use of the product. However, they then tell you that it is only a 30 day trial after the product has been delivereed to you. If you do not return in the 30 days they will try to collect the full amount from  you. They then tell you if you pay up front you have a no obligation to pay them - but then you have already paid them. What are the chances of getting your money back.

They use tactics to prey on people to lock them into this by stating that there is no 6 month obligation and they present very shady bait and swtich to get you to pay your bill. There is no returning this product and they will attempt to keep collecting even if you are wihtin the 6 months. They  will try to negotiate wiht you on paying half. Then when that fails they threaten you with providing a recording of what you agreed to. I have yet to recieve this recording. I also know that on three separate occasions I reiterated the fact that I had a 6 month no-obligation to the product.

This is a classic bait and swtich. Now I am innudated with mail and calls demanding payment without any regard or recognition of thier 6 month no obligation product offering.
