This company callled and told us the other company we were (sewer waranty) with had filed bankruptcy and was ripping people off and not paying on their claims. The wife purchased a warranty through this comnpany For $79.00 plus a monthly fee. We had a problem with our sewer and started calling this Septic Maxx for filing a claim.
Each time you get to talk to a real person, they right away put you on hold when you tell them you want to file a claim. You are on "hold" forever until you hang up. Try to call back and all you get it a recording.
we have sent our notice to stop payment on any future payments.
