Servpro of Carlsbad, Katrina Haycraft, Eden Wineberger SERVPRO OF CARLSBAD SCAMMING BUSINESSES!!! Vista California
Servpro of Carlsbad purchased $1000 of imaging supplies from our business. They sent a check for $250 and refused to pay for the balance. The office manager Katrine Haycraft who purchased the product was rude with all who called and tried to collect the balance. She would just hang up and not speak to anyone. We were finally able to speak with the owner Eden Wineberger who also was surprisingly extreamly rude. I'm sending this as a warning to all thinking about doing business with this company. BEWARE!!! There are other choices out there.

I am sorry to hear about your difficult situation and I sincerely hope that we can work out a solution privately that will please both parties involved. Your sales representative at Coast to Coast office products, Hannah Zepada, informed us that unless she collected the full-payment due within a 24-hour deadline that it would be taken out of her paycheck. I sincerely hope this was an exaggeration on your sales department’s employee’s part because taking a debt from another company out of your employee’s paycheck is morally questionable, and although I have no legal background, it sounds like it might be questionable legally as well. That being said, using scare tactics to force a loyal customer such as ourselves to pay a bill is a very unethical business practice. Initially, we were told we owed $250.00. After being harassed by your sales department, and without us ordering anything further, we suddenly owed over $1,000. We will happily, and have always happily, agreed to pay your company Coast to Coast, what you are due. Please contact us privately if you would like to resolve this matter. We take pride in maintaining a loyal customer base which is why our reviews are so high on review websites that do not require a payment in order to be a “verified business”. We look forward to working with you to resolve this matter.
