I was contacted by their sales person Brad Lober.  I was told that the service would be $350/ mo to call leads and when they set an appt I would be charge $75.00 if I accepted the appt.  

I was sent a contract.  When I read the contract it contained additional charges and I sent an email to the owner Steve Rousseau.  I didn't want to continue with the service because I had received conflicting information.  Later I was called by Brad Lober and he explained that old documents had been sent to me and they were inaccurate and he would resend.   I was assured that they would get to work on my account asap. I signed the contract. 

I was told that I would be contacted on Tuesday of the following week because their marketing lady takes a long weekend for a religous holiday.  No one called me on Tuesday or any day after that.   I received an email and completed all of the requested information I was never called by the set-up department I called Brad who told me that because I was disputing the charge that my account was on hold.  I called Brad a week later.  He told me I call too much and that no calls had been made because my account was in dispute. 

He told me that if I had not disputed the charge that they would have refunded the charge but since I was disputing it was a very serious matter for their company to address he then told me they are no longer charging $350 per month and now they are charging $200 per appointment. I told him I did not agree to those terms.   I have never recieved any leads.  I was told they have other accounts and haven't been able to set any appointments for me.   I have requested a refund from the company . I contacted Steve Rosseau today and he said he had the information on his desk and would be contacting Brad Lober. I am disputing this charge. I have never received any services from this company.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
