Our company and repuation is very important to us. And our testimonials and reviews on our website at www.sharpshades.com SPEAK for themselves. And the over 4000 pairs of sunglasses with a return rate of less than 1% also speaks for itself.
This customer is blatantly lying, and we've done everything in our power to rectify this issue, including ALREADY giving the customer a full refund of her order after multiple threats, profanity, etc.
The customer placed a small $20 order on 4/15 and the order was shipped on 4/16. 3 Days later the customer called yelling and swearing that her order wasn't received. E-mails were also received and politely answered. USPS mail takes approximately 5 business days for our orders to go through. It is now 4/25, 10 days later (and barely 5 business days). I explained to the customer that sometimes the orders are held up at USPS and can take an additional 1-2 days, depending on location.
I asked the customer to confirm her SHIPPING address, as the billing address and shipping address were different so I could track the package. Instead I received threats, profanity, and slanderism of my company.
This issue has been resolved already. The customer has been refunded, AND, in fact, the customer will in fact receive the order according to our tracking records.
This is a misunderstanding that was escalated by an impatient and rude customer.
