Saw on Ebay India(http://www.eb Ebay Indiaay.in/) for a listing under Sheetal Diamond for a 3.37 ct Round Diamond Loose Stone with quality I1 and Colour H, and the list price was Rps190000. Make some enquiries, and the seller want to sell me at Rps180000. After consulting my wife, we decline as my wife want at least a SI2 quality stone.
Seller than told us he can also sell us a SI2 stone with H/I colour at price Rps 250,000 around the same size. I inform to make sure quality I offer first payment of Rps 200000 and when I receive the good will settle the balance Rps 50000. Seller counter offer me cash payment of Rps 215000. I agreed and sent deposit USD 1900 by paypal on 12 Jan, as I will going overseas, and balance I will sent when I back. After I back I sent the balance payment and receive the goods 2 weeks later on Mar 15.I was totally shock by the inferior quality, and sent for and assessement and was told the quality is maximum I2 and colour is J only.
Suddeny I reaslise that the seller maybe senting the first stone that I don't want, thus now I pay a higher price for the stone and a very inferior quality. My wife was so angry with me and scold me.
I try to contact the seller, but he insist on he sent the SI2 Stone. But when I ask for refund, or if I can certified by Singapore gemologist Society, and he refund me and I return the stone, but he even off my phone and ignore me
