Shenadoah Jackson & Howard Lamar Shea Jackson, Shenadoah S. Jackson SHEA JACKSON ME THEY WERE LIC. CONTRACTORS WITH LIC. WORKERS AND TOKE OVER $20,000.00 FOR REHABING ONE OF MY HOMES. Chicago, Illinois
I met Shea in H.S. in 1984 . grad as H.S. sweethearts with plans to be married. 3yrs later he go's into the national guard, comes back in a dark place cheats on me and I leave him. 10 years later we meet again forgave the past and we start a new relationship again. 3yrs later 2009 I came into a nice amount of money and bought 2 needs to fix up homes(rehabs), 1 for my mom and the for me and he asked if we could live together and a new life together in the second home. Shea Jackson(BOYFRIEND) said for $20,000.00 he could rebuild my moms home new from inside out. He said he was a LIC. contractor and his workers were also LIC. and that he could do this project and have my mom in her new home by Oct.- Nov. lasted ( THIS WAS BACK IN SEPTEMBER OF 2009.) Then on this past CHRISMAS EVE (AFTER 5 MOVE IN DATE) the home still is not livable, Shea informs me he's not working on the house again via text. So I call him to ask whats going on , my moms needs to move in A.S.A.P. and he still has not done the things he said ,that should have been done. My mom and I have asked over and over was there a problem with him finishing this project and he kept stating that she could move in anytime. But on CHRISTMAS EVE , he decided to QUIT. NOW I'm out of more than $20,000.00 CASH for the fix up of the house and $2,000.in personnel loans. The work he did is all wrong and needs to be replace and redone, He is not a LIC. CONTRACTOR and he hired men off the street that were not LIC. or knew how to do construction work. He lied about everything and now I'm out of this money and the materials he bought that was used already, is no good and needs to be replaced . He also has the remote to the A.D.T. alarm ($150.00 cost) for the house and keys and WILL NOT RETURN them.
