Shengkai Modlilly.com unsure Sent me a dress with no return options Shanghai China
Ordered a dress seen on Facebook ad for Modlily.com. It did not fit and I wanted to return it. It came with zero papers in the package. Was mailed from Shengkai 003, 999Ningqiao Rd, PuDongXinQu, Shanghai, Chia 201206. Phone: 02160526980. Nothing on or in the package will faciliate returning it. I went to website modlily.com.
It says welcome back after I sign in, then when I try the return process, it asks for my order number. Since it wasn't in the package, I hit the button that says 'click her if you need your order number'. It then tells me I have no order!! I see no way to get my money back, let alone in the 30 days they state frequently in their policy. Fraudulent scam.
