shopgoodwill.com ROBBING PEOPLE WITH SHIPPING COSTS, RIPOFF ALL Nationwide
I recently bought 2 Barbie Dolls from this Co. and they are robbing Consumers with the shipping fees. They are charging me with 20 pounds worth of Barbie Dolls when they only weigh 1 pound per doll, iff that. They constantly do this to my Mother and she repeatedly has to contact them and let them know this is not OK. She is on a fixed income and can ill afford to pay these EXORBANENT FEES. ALL THEY CAN SAY IS FEDEX MAKES THE PRICES, I SAY BUNK BECAUSE I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT YOU TELL FEDSEX WHAT THE WEIGHT OF YOUR SHIPPING IS AND THEY CALCULATE BASED ON WHAT YOU ENTER.
MY FINAL REMARKS ARE THIS:
DO NOT GO TO SHOPGOODWILL.COM OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF BY THIS SO CALLED NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SUPPORTING THE DISABLED AND IN OUR CASE, IT IS QUITE THE OPPOSITE. MOM IS OLD AND DISABLED AND THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO ROB HER BLIND. GOOD WILL ON LINE IS NOTHING MORE THAT A FAKE COMPANY RUNNING AN AUCTION AND MAKING MONEY THROUGH SHIPPING COSTS WITH UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS. THIS HAS REALLY MADE ME SO ANGRY AND I HOPE THAT ANYONE WHO READS THIS PASSES IT ON.
Start watching what they are charging you to ship you the items you buy. Call them on it every single time, then report them because as a none profit. they will loose their status due to stealing from unsuspacting customers.
It's time to stand up and fight for these poor Disabled folks who are getting their Money based on the theft in shipping fees from a none profit.
WWW.SHOPGOODWILL.COM IS A HUGE RIPOFF. NO NONE PROFIT IS ALLOWED TO RIP IT'S CUSTOMERS OFF.
