I have been using it constantly and it functions perfectly! I believe my first one was a lemon. It did take a bit of noise to get Viscom's attention but they did make it right! I have learned a lot from this expeerience. Most important to stay calm and not get mad at the poor guy on the phone who did not cause your problem. Also I think it helped that I was clear in what I wanted the company to do. I also made it clear that I would continue to act until I got satisfaction. So, I hope Viscom and ShopNBC monitor this site. Good luck to all my fellow complainers!ATS,NYC

My nightmare has been going on with my computer, shopNBC and Viscome for almost 3 months. What I finally did was send not so nice email to Big Mike Davidson, one of the host who sells the piece of junk. I told him I was not a happ camper, I was contacting, the press, and filling a class action suit agains, ShopNBC, all the hosts, the parent compant and Viscome. Several days latter I got Email, not from him, but from Angela, in teh Presidents office, stating she would call me the next day. And wonders, of wonders, she actualy called. She gave me her number and finally took care of the situation.

Last night I spent a pleasant 30 minutes on the phone with a nice Viscom helpdesk guy. I had told Mike that I wanted to start from zero and be walked thru start up. It went well, everything seems to be working fine. I will spend the weekend working on it to see how it performs in a working situation. It did take a little hissy fit to get the company's attention but when I did they have performed as I expected from my history with ShopNBC. I will update again at 30 days!

Wednesday night after posting my report I had a message from Mike at Viscom. I spoke with him yesterday and he was very helpful. He offered me a total refund(shipping and cost) or offered to get me a tested new laptop before I get the lemon back to them. I am taking another chance with Viscom because I will have a new laptop with a 30 day return period from the day I get it. Since all the computer companies have complaints I am taking my chances with these guys who know I won't go away. So I will keep you updated on what happens. I got no response to my email to the VP at ShopNBC so I am not positive about what got Viscom's attention, but the timing leads me to believe it was this site.
