ShopNBC Returned defective tablet. Received exact same defective tablet and it is still now working. Eden Prairie Minnesota
I returned my tablet accordfing to the Return Merchandise Form. My table was not working that it was defective. It would not turn on or take a charge. The tablet was turned in the same box and in the same condition that it was mailed.
