I am not sure why you are blaming ShopNBC here. You purchased a product from them and they delivered it to you. Anyone with common sense understands that you only have a limited time to return products to the place of purchase. After that you must deal with the manufacturer. How much do you think products would cost if the retailer was responsible for the warranty. Please direct your frustration where it rightfully belongs.
