I just want everyone to know that Shopzu's rebuttal where they mentioned terms and conditions came TWO YEARS after I filed this report. I don't care about their terms and conditions; it does not change how they ignored this customer. If they were going to say anything, why didn't they do it at the time I was trying so hard to contact them? I definitely will not be reading the terms and conditions now anyway since I have been voluntarily canceled with them for about TWO YEARS. But for one thing, these kind of sites change their terms and conditions all the time, so you can be the judge of if what they were two years ago which would be irrelevant to my case. However, SIMPLY PUT: the terms and conditions are not relevant to my situation and point which was: "NOBODY FROM SHOPZU WOULD ANSWER ME OR CONTACT ME BACK (THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS). I WAS SIMPLY CLEARLY STATING MY EXPERIENCE WITH SHOPZU. I DID NOT SAY THAT OFFERS ARE GUARANTEED OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT. I WAS SAYING I GOT NO HELP OR REPLY WITH SHOPAU AND OF COURSE IT DIDN'T WORK FOR ME." This is a report for other consumers to judge how they want to approach the site after reading of my true experience with the site. That's how it works.
