SHOWCLUBE They sent a completely wrong item and then offered a $4.00 refund for a $29.99 dress purchase London
My wife ordered a dress online from SHOWCLUBE a business that appears to operate from the U.K. It was a brightly coloured dress with a catalogue number that could not be mistaken for another item.We received a plain white cheap dress suitable for a young girl or child.I immediately informed them of their error yet they claimed that they could not send the original dress instead as it was out of stock.Over the past few Months they have been slow to respond and finally offered a coupon for another purchase or $4.00 compensation for a $29.99 purchase,plus postage,a total of $39.94USD.As we would never buy from then again the coupon is useless and the $4.oo offer is an insult.All communications have also been by what seem to be Chinese operators as their English is poor.
