Sign and Close Mortgage Company/ Lavoeria Dickey got a check for me, but it doesn't have my name on it, says it's for her lakemary, Florida
I used to work for this lady about 5 years ago. I've always heard things about her trying to rip someone off or ripping someone off. She recently called me and asked me if I had a family helping me out financially. I told her no. I later found out that a check had been sent to her house for me for $4800. At first she didn't even tell me, but then when i asked about it she tried to throw me off saying that the check might not even be for me. I told her to send me the email she got saying that the check was for me. she never sent it and sent me a text to line message saying that she was returning the check and my email address doesn't work. she says that she is returning the check back to where it came from and that if it's for me they will send it to me.

First of all everything that is stated here is untrue. No one sent a check to Sign and Close Mortgage. The checks were sent by mail to my address and the Pay to The Order Of was left blank with no name. I later received an email from an undisclosed person that stated that I should have gotten the check in the mail. I reply by saying why was I receiving a check and who is Tiffany Hunter. The reply was that Tiffany Hunter was a client that was in need of assisting. I knew of a Tiffany Hunter and I saw her mother at church and asked her if she knew if Tiffany used my name or information to get some type of assistance and she said she didnt know but she would find out. On December 19, 2011 Tiffany Hunter called my phone about 8x times stating that she wanted to come and pick up her check. I said hold up just a minute I said I dont have a check made out to you. I said I have a blank Cashier Check that someone sent to my mailing address made out to no oneand I received an email that the check was suppose to be for a Tiffany Hunter. I told her that I did I know if she was the same Tiffany and I ask her did she apply for assistance through some company or tried to get help and she replied no. But she kept calling my phone stating that she wanted to come and pick up her check. After all of the phone calls I tried to sendTiffany Hunteran email I even told her over the phone that the checks were fake SHE STILL INSIST ON PICKING UP THE CHECKS
