Nothing, I mean absolutely nothing has changed about Signature Autoplex!!! These people are really taking advantage of people who can't go to a REAL dealership due to past financial history. They only want to make a sale and that's it. My aunt is currently dealing with these people and they are giving her a hard time! She purchased a car from there and as soon as she left Signature warning lights appeared. She was assured that the problem would be fixed but they are now refusing to do so. She hadn't had the car a good solid week and they are refusing to assist her or give her money back. They know they are getting over this is why they refuse, they don't want the headache back. Any real company would stand behind their promise and have some integrity and refund the customer money if they are not pleased. It hadn't been months this was in a matter of days not even weeks. Yes, she should have researched more but she was in a desperate need of a car to get to work and to be able to support her family. These people need to be stopped. They have a bad history and moved the company from Clinton, La and now to Zachary, La. I wonder just where will the move next. You can't keep running... Do what's right and your business will be more successful and you will prosper.

My name is Clark Crain owner of Signature Autoplex. This matter was brought to my attention months after the fact. I was informed that a few incidents had happened and was not corrected. Once I knew this had happened, I decided to make a change and fired my whole staff and hired (5) professional sales people, (2) professional managers (1) professional title clerk and (4) porters.. I always have lived on the up and up an I wanted my buisness to be as well. We have generated one of the highest most upstanding sales forces in the state of Louisiana. Our managers are very professional and our goal is to sale people inside and outside of our community good running used cars. We have a warranty option on all vehicles under 150,000 miles to our customers at the time of purchase. It is up to the customer if they accept or decline the warranty that is availabe to them. We also offer a 50-50 warranty on all vehicles that is over 150,000 miles.... Meaning we pay half of labor and half of parts.
