Signature Autoplex - C&C Auto Sales Don't let them do to you what they did to me Zachary Louisiana
I went to their company looking for a vehicle .I put down $6000.00 down a dodge durango that I feel in love with it had an engine light on ,he said he would fix it .I asked him did the vehicle have a clear title he told me yes .They have in house financing so I paid $500.00 for 2 years in all they jacked me out of $18900 and something.They had a drug head as a mechanic and told me that it was the oxygen censor .They ordered the part and when it came in the junkie mechanic call his self putting it on for me.
When he went to put it on he cut some other wires belonging to the truck .I called him telling him about the problem he act as if he didn't care and never fixed it thats when I kind of knew that I had lost out.Well the problem came in when I went to trade it in I looked at the book value before i went to the car lot and every thing it was worth $10000 according to kelly blue book.
When I gave the salesman the vin # he came back and informed me that the vehicle was worthless and sent me to the used car comissioner Gary Davis he had me fill out paper work did an investigation .I went to the building where microfilms are held and requested a copy of them and called him to inform him that there where no such papers being signed with my knowledge of the vehicle being salvage ,he said he had to wait until the films came in .
I called Gary 2 weeks later to check up on the investigation he informed me that he went up to Signature yesterday to tell them they would have to pay back if no signed document(sounds funny huh) .He called the next day informing me that he had a document .The fax he gave me didn't look like my husband handwriting(forged), and my signature was no where.

Nothing, I mean absolutely nothing has changed about Signature Autoplex!!! These people are really taking advantage of people who can't go to a REAL dealership due to past financial history. They only want to make a sale and that's it. My aunt is currently dealing with these people and they are giving her a hard time! She purchased a car from there and as soon as she left Signature warning lights appeared. She was assured that the problem would be fixed but they are now refusing to do so. She hadn't had the car a good solid week and they are refusing to assist her or give her money back. They know they are getting over this is why they refuse, they don't want the headache back. Any real company would stand behind their promise and have some integrity and refund the customer money if they are not pleased. It hadn't been months this was in a matter of days not even weeks. Yes, she should have researched more but she was in a desperate need of a car to get to work and to be able to support her family. These people need to be stopped. They have a bad history and moved the company from Clinton, La and now to Zachary, La. I wonder just where will the move next. You can't keep running... Do what's right and your business will be more successful and you will prosper.

My name is Clark Crain owner of Signature Autoplex. This matter was brought to my attention months after the fact. I was informed that a few incidents had happened and was not corrected. Once I knew this had happened, I decided to make a change and fired my whole staff and hired (5) professional sales people, (2) professional managers (1) professional title clerk and (4) porters.. I always have lived on the up and up an I wanted my buisness to be as well. We have generated one of the highest most upstanding sales forces in the state of Louisiana. Our managers are very professional and our goal is to sale people inside and outside of our community good running used cars. We have a warranty option on all vehicles under 150,000 miles to our customers at the time of purchase. It is up to the customer if they accept or decline the warranty that is availabe to them. We also offer a 50-50 warranty on all vehicles that is over 150,000 miles.... Meaning we pay half of labor and half of parts.
